My Availability

Let listing agents in your brokerage know when you're free to host. When a listing agent clicks Find a host on one of their posts, Reach suggests agents whose availability covers that open house, so posting your availability is the best way to get invited.

Open your availability

1. In the sidebar, click Open Houses
2. Go to the Hosting tab
3. Click My availability at the top right

The drawer shows a two-month calendar:

• Available: days you've already added availability
• Booked (hosting): days you're confirmed to host an open house

Below the calendar, Upcoming slots lists your availability. Days you're booked to host show as Booked — hosting [address].

You can add availability through the end of next month. Availability disappears from the list automatically once its time has passed.

Add availability

1. Click a date on the calendar, or click Add availability
2. Set the Date, then set From and To times
3. Areas covered: type the neighbourhoods or cities you're willing to cover (e.g. Vancouver, Burnaby), pressing Enter after each. Listing agents see these next to your name.
4. To add the same slot on the same day each week, turn on Repeat every [day] and choose how many weeks. Reach shows the dates it will add and skips any dates that already have availability.
5. Click Save

If you're already hosting on the date you picked, Reach shows those times so you don't double-book yourself. You can only have one availability slot per day.

Edit or delete availability

• Edit: click the pencil icon next to a slot (or click the date on the calendar), change the times or areas, and click Save changes. To move a slot to a different date, delete it and add a new one.
• Delete: click the trash icon next to a slot and confirm.

tip

If you haven't updated your availability in a while, Reach reminds you to refresh it so listing agents see your current slots.
