Add A Touchpoint

  1. In the sidebar, click on Active Clients
  2. In the row for an Active Client, click on the 3-dot More menu

  1. Click one of the following actions:
    • Snooze Until Later: if you want to Snooze them for 2 days (the Active Client's Contact By date is pushed back 2 days).
    • Dismiss Active Client: if you prefer not to do anything right now on this Active Client
    • Get in Touch: if you made a connection (call, email, text)

  1. If Get in Touch, the opportunity to create a Touchpoint appears. Enter the Contact Method, an optional Note, an optional Task Title.
