Add A Touchpoint
- In the sidebar, click on Leads
- In the row for a Lead, click on the 3-dot More menu
- Click one of the following actions:
- Snooze Until Later: if you want to Snooze them for 2 days (the Lead's Contact By date is pushed back 2 days).
- Dismiss Lead: if you prefer not to do anything right now on this Lead
- Get in Touch: if you made a connection (call, email, text)
- If Get in Touch, the opportunity to create a Touchpoint appears. Enter the Contact Method, an optional Note, an optional Task Title.
With Touchpoints, it's an easy way to remember to stay in touch with current or future clients
