Changing a Lead's Score

1. In the sidebar, click on Leads
2. Select the Lead you want to edit.
3. Select the Edit button

4. Scroll to the Lead Type and select Hot, Warm, or Cold
5. Click Save

A Lead can be both a Buyer and a Seller but you can only assign one temperature (i.e. a Lead cannot both be a Hot Buyer and a Cold Seller)

That Lead will now show in the Leads page under the new score.
