Remove Lead Status

Removing a Lead is like removing money from your wallet, we understand! However, we've made it simple and quick so you can get onto growing more promising leads.

tip

If you want to archive a Lead instead of just removing the "Lead" status, the Archive option is available when editing the Lead from the Contacts page (not the Leads page).

  1. In the sidebar, click on Leads
  2. Select the Lead you wish to remove
  3. Click the Edit button
  4. In the bottom left of the panel, select Convert to Client
  5. Click Save

This Lead is now converted back to a regular Client, all your Activity Events and any other information is kept as-is. Nothing is deleted!
