InfoPack™ Settings

The InfoPack™ Settings lets you set default configuration that is used for all of your InfoPacks™.

Branding​

The branding is used across all of your InfoPacks™

Branding allows you to configure your InfoPacks™ so that they match your business colours.

You can set the following:

  • The main colour (used by the header and footer and more other general branding purposes)
  • The header font colour (the colour of the font of text that is displayed against the main colour)
  • The body font colour (the accent colour used to display listing information in the body of the InfoPack)

Editing Branding​

To edit (and preview) your branding settings, follow the steps below:

  1. In the sidebar, click on Settings
  2. Click on InfoPack
  3. Click the Edit Branding button

A dialog will appear that will show you an example of what your InfoPack™ will look like based on the colours and logos you have configured. Click the colour swatches to edit the colours and see what your InfoPack™ will look like.

When you are done, click Close to close the dialog and then click Save

The Branding preview is also designed to show your InfoPack™ Header logo (found below) as well as your Agent and Brokerage Info from Settings -> Agent Info

Logos​

The Open House logo and the InfoPack™ Header logo are used across all of your InfoPacks™.

The Open House Logo is the logo that appears at the top of all of your Open House pages. This page is meant to be displayed at Open Houses so that buyers can easily scan a QR code to access your public version of the InfoPack™.

If a Open House logo is not configured, your Agent Image from Settings -> Agent Info is used.

  1. In the sidebar, click on Settings
  2. Click on InfoPack
  3. Click Select File for the Open House Logo
  4. Configure the crop shape
  5. Click Save

Open House Preview​

To preview your Open House page:

  1. Go to the Listing details of any of your owned Listings
  2. Click the Get Open House Link in the details
  3. Select I want to print a sheet to display
  4. Click the link at the bottom to open the Open House page in a new tab.

The InfoPack™ Header Logo is the logo that appears at the top of all your InfoPacks™.

If an InfoPack™ Header logo is not configured, the Reach logo is shown.

  1. In the sidebar, click on Settings
  2. Click on InfoPack
  3. Click Select File for the InfoPack™ Header Logo
  4. Configure the crop shape
  5. Configure the background colour
  6. Click Save

InfoPack Header Preview​

To preview how the InfoPack Header will look, follow these steps:

  1. Make sure your InfoPack™ Settings are saved
  2. Click on Edit Branding (see above)
  3. A sample InfoPack™ will be shown with your logo

Additional Agents​

The Additional Agents are used by default in all your InfoPacks™ but can be overridden on an individual InfoPack™.

For agents that always work with others when selling property, you can easily configure all your InfoPacks™ by default to show both (or all) agents.

  1. In the sidebar, click on Settings
  2. Click on InfoPack
  3. In the Additional Agents section, click Add Additional Agent
  4. Select Select File to upload an image of the agent
  5. Set the agent's Name, Email, Phone, Website, and Brokerage Name.
  6. Click Save

Only the agent's name, email, and brokerage name are required. The agent's image is not required but recommended.

Additional Agents Preview​

  1. Go to the Listing details of any of your owned Listings
  2. Click the Edit InfoPack in the details
  3. In the menu, select Agent Info
  4. Make sure that Override Defaults is unchecked (if not, find a different InfoPack™)

If you uncheck Override Defaults, you will need to reconfigure the override settings because opening the preview will save your changes and the overrides will be lost.

  1. Click on Save + Open Preview

Disclaimer​

The Disclaimer is used by default in all your InfoPacks™ but can be overridden on an individual InfoPack™.

Often for compliance reasons, there is a legal disclaimer you wish to put on all of your InfoPacks™.

  1. In the sidebar, click on Settings
  2. Click on InfoPack
  3. At the bottom of the settings, configure the Disclaimer

Disclaimer Preview​

To preview your InfoPack™ Disclaimer:

  1. Click on Edit Branding (see above)
  2. A sample InfoPack™ will be shown with your disclaimer
