Troubleshooting

When configuring your Metrics, there are instances where it seems like the Metric isn't displaying properly.

Blank Metrics

This issue is broadly caused by the Metric having data with missing values. Here are some example scenarios:

  • You have a "Listing Count By Location" Metric but none of your Listings have the 'Location' field set
  • You have a "Contact Source" Metric but none of your Contacts have the 'Source' field set

To fix, add the necessary data in Reach.

'No Preview Available' Error

This issue is broadly caused by the Metric not having any Contacts / Listings / Transactions to work with (or have been filtered out). Here are some example scenarios:

  • You have a "Listing Count By Location" Metric but you have no Listings in Reach.
  • You have a "Commission - Annual" Metric but you have specified a year for which no Transactions closed in that year.
  • A Team Member shared a Metric with you but did not share the underlying data

To fix, you may need to remove any filters you have applied, or add more data to Reach.
