Public vs. Agent Infopacks in Reach​

Reach provides two types of InfoPacks: Public and Agent, each tailored for a specific audience and purpose.

Public InfoPacks​

Designed for clients and external contacts, Public InfoPacks give you full control over what is shared:

  • PDF Control: Toggle any document on or off to ensure only approved materials are shared externally.

  • Custom Email Messaging: Personalize the email that includes the Infopack link for a professional presentation.

  • Utilize QR Code/Open House Sheets: These allow you to advertise and promote your Infopack to the public, view display marketing material auto-generated in Reach, that allows customers to SCAN --> RECEIVE (and capture their detail) to keep track of who receives your Public InfoPacks.

Agent InfoPacks​

Targeted specifically to other agents, Agent InfoPacks include all uploaded PDFs, providing a complete package of property information for collaboration and simple... better written contracts/offers. Providing Agents with all the information they (didnt even know) they needed!

Key Difference​

The main distinction is document sensitivity. Public InfoPacks let you selectively share content with the public, while Agent InfoPacks provide full access to all materials for professional use.

By using both types strategically, you can share the right information with the right audience, protect sensitive documents, and maintain a polished, professional image while building relationships and driving leads.
