Frequently Asked Questions

Why do I have to log in every time I launch Reach from my home screen?

info

The following instructions are for iOS

Reach integrates with Google so that you can log in to Reach using your Google account. Google tries to remember your sign in using cookies. If you are finding that you must login each time you re-launch the app, you may have a setting on your device turned on that is preventing Google from using cookies to persist your login.

Follow these steps to disable the "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking" setting

  1. Open Settings
  2. Select Safari
  3. Scroll to the Privacy & Security section and disable Prevent Cross-Site Tracking

To test that disabling the setting worked, close and re-open the Reach app, sign in, and then close and re-open the app one more time. You should remain logged in.

I can't add my teammate's Google calendar.

If you have received an email saying that you have been granted access to your teammate's calendar but you clicked on the link and an error appeared saying that you do not have permission, this can be caused by multiple Google accounts.

The easiest way to ensure that the same Google account as your GMail is used for Google calendar when it opens is to open your browser in private mode and click on the link in the email again. You should now have access to your teammate's Google calendar.
