Lesson 1
It's Monday morning. Mark is sipping his coffee and reading up on some news online. He comes across yet another article about the housing market and its inevitable crash. He and his friends have a bet on whether the housing crash or the melting of Greenland will happen first. He has $50 on Greenland.
Adding a Lead
Suddenly his phone rings and he answers it. Apparently some old clients of his had recommended him. Turns out the Christmas gift card was a good idea. The person on the other end of the line introduces herself as Olivia. She has recently won a minor prize in a lottery and is wanting to move out of her parents'. Mark gathers some initial information and says that he will book some showings.
Mark is excited that he gets to use Reach to start tracking this new Lead! Mark goes to his laptop and signs in to Reach.

- Mark clicks Save
Mark is pretty excited! Olivia is pretty open during the afternoons this week to go to any showings. After finishing his now cold coffee he starts to look online for any new listings that may have come up recently. He has a pretty good idea of what is currently available but he wants to double check.
Adding an Event

Unfortunately, it was out of Olivia's price range, even for a lottery winner. He turns his attention to his phone which just chimed. He sees an iCal* notification for the open house at 537 Main St for 3pm. Mark finishes up his lunch and does some quick chores around the house before heading out to meet Olivia.
*In addition to iCal, you can use any other calendar app that integrates with Google Calendar that has notifications enabled, including Google Calendar in a web browser.
It's Friday, and Mark hears that the offer that Olivia wrote for 537 Main St was accepted!
